We do not know the health conditions of any of our guests, so we require all guests to read and understand all warnings before considering attending Elder Wisp Cottage.

Please DO NOT attend Elder Wisp Cottage if you have ANY type of health concerns or issues.

DO NOT attend Elder Wisp Cottage if you are not physically fit, have pre-existing medical conditions, have poor vision, and especially any type of heart or respiratory condition.

DO NOT RUN and watch where you walk. 

DO NOT ENTER Elder Wisp Cottage if you've consumed alcohol, drugs, medication which could cause drowsiness, wearing casts, braces or need the use of a crutch.

DO NOT bring any alcohol or drugs to the event.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING while taking part at Elder Wisp Cottage.

DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE be it staff, scare actors or other attendees. We won’t touch you so please don’t touch us and keep a reasonable distance while going through the haunt. Please also refrain from touching the props inside of the haunted house.

Failure to adhere to the rules will result in you being asked to leave Elder Wisp Cottage without a refund.

Elder Wisp Cottage is not responsible for any injuries enter at own risk!

By entering Elder Wisp Cottage you are consenting to photos and video being taken of you that could be posted to either here or our socials. If you would not like to be featured please let a member of staff know upon arrival to the event.

While at Elder Wisp Cottage please note that photos and video ARE permitted, if you share your photos please tag us and use the hashtag, #ElderWispCottage.

All children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES by an adult who has their own ticket to the event. Children will also need to be accompanied by an adult to be able to walk through the haunted house.

Parental discretion is advised when deciding to bring your child to Elder Wisp Cottage.

If you have any questions or need to clarify any of the above points don’t hesitate in contacting us, a member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note the session date and time when purchasing your tickets, due to the limited number of tickets we are unable to exchange times or dates if you purchase the wrong ticket.

We do not issue refunds on tickets, all sales are final.
